Describe what your organization provides for its customers:

We offer non toxic cleaning for residential, and commercial properties servicing the White, Habersham, Rabun, and now North Hall, and Lumpkin Counties. 

Give us a brief history of your business and what makes it stand out:

Amy and Rhydon Mays started their business in 2007. We have always aimed to be more than just a cleaning service. Going into people's homes and businesses is an honor. We, in essence, are becoming an extension of helping maintain a healthy environment and freeing up our clients time to create more space in their lives. 

Describe the most exciting recent highlight for your business:

We are thrilled to be a member of Cleaning For A Reason, a non-profit that cleans cancer treatment patients homes at no charge. It is our greatest joy to give back to our community in this way and to encourage other cleaning professionals to become members and join us in this mission. 

Where do you hope to see your business in 12 months?

We hope to sign up at least 24 new cancer patients within the next 12 months. We will also be holding events to raise money for this national movement in the cleaning industry. Amy’s Green Cleaning is proud to be one of the top 100 contributors in 2022. We want to be in the top 10 for 2023! 

What advice would you offer to someone looking for the type of services your organization provides?

If you are looking to retain a cleaning service to help you with your home or office space make sure the service trains their cleaning techs ongoing. We feel it is equally important that this cleaning company hires based on integrity and not desperation. Make sure also to find a company that has a drug free workplace that is bonded and insured.
