What advice would you offer to someone looking for the type of services your organization provides?

Know your rights in regard to your SELECTION OF A BODY SHOP:

You have the repair right to have your vehicle repaired at the auto collision shop of your choice. By Georgia law an insurance company cannot steer, force, require or pressure you into using a particular shop. You should never take your vehicle to a body shop based solely on the recommendation of an insurance company. Not even if it is your own insurance company. We recommend that you visit the body shop, stand face to face with the body shop manager and be sure he/she understands that they work for you and not the insurance company. Be sure that you are satisfied that the shop has the proper equipment, the techs have the proper training and that the shop provides a lifetime warranty on all repair work performed.
